CLR Cosmetics – Case Study

Chesney’s aesthetics business CLR Cosmetics specialises in providing aesthetics and beauty treatments and training courses in the Manchester area.

The project: CLR Cosmetics needed a website that’s in line with existing company branding and clearly advertises treatments and courses to visitors.

After the initial conversation, we knew what we needed to do to ensure we deliver a website that doesn’t just look good and branded well – but also functions perfect, runs fast and is easy to navigate for the user.

Smart Moves

Chesney’s preferred way of booking people on treatments or courses is a personal approach. Instead of creating sign-up forms and payment gateways, we decided to prompt the user to be able to do two actions on each page: book a treatment on Chesney’s booking system or contact her directly.

To do this, we’ve placed clear CTAs and WhatsApp buttons across the website.

Permanent WhatsApp button on the bottom corner of the page to give the users an easy way to contact CLR Cosmetics and by this increase lead generation.

Chesney’s existing images were taken with Instagram in mind so while they make excellent content for social media, the images weren’t the best fit for her new website. No worries though, as we’ve got professional stock images we can use for our clients for any treatment or product they wish to advertise.

As Chesney offers training courses as well as treatments, we wanted to create a separate feel of the two major services CLR Cosmetics provides. We stuck to the same branding for both the Treatments and Training Courses page but used a different layout.

The Outcome

Chesney’s website represents her brand well and functions as a part of her business. The website features animations, is fully responsive meaning it looks amazing on all devices.
